YOU DON'T PLAY A WARRIOR. WE DON'T FLICK ANYONE. MAYBE CRUSH THEM WITH AN AXE, OR STOMP THEM IN THE CHEST. BUT WE DON'T "FLICK". YOU ARE ON THE WRONG FORUM.

It's also good to use on a boss that can't be knocked back. Other than that or trying to save yourself, I don't really think there's a need to use it.

I don't really mind it if it's used intelligently (pushing outliers back into the group, pushing enemies out of buff fields or damage fields the melee can't stand in, pushing it into a wall for that free DPS without sending it halfway across the map, etc) , Which is the problem really, 90% of DF people don't do anything intelligently in any role.
The only specific time I got annoyed with it (though it's also hilarious) my friend would use it to interrupt a skill, and I'd get the stun off first just before he blasts it away, so the reason it's not coming back is because I stunned it already >_<

The pushback MCH skill is on GCD and has weak potency, they would do better using the base combo instead of that. If they do the reasons could be: they got aggro, they are assholes, they don't know.. If it happens often just tell them.

It will most likely be a viable raid tool at some point but the issue as it stands now is most of the mch out there don't know what it's uses are.
A good indicator of this is any mch saying it's "free dps". If the mobs are grouped together there is no reason to push one out unless the mch is being beat on.

As a tank I hate these moves specially when I have a group of mobs I'm tanking because then I have to reposition then lets not also forget it mess up people who dps as something that has directional positions for their combos so while it may up their dps it didn't up other people's who has to go to it just to hit it.

and oh ya just so you know those moves are ment to keep things off you not dps people. As to why only range jobs have these moves.

I main a tank and any knock-back is super irritating but I can understand anyone using them if they are getting aggro for some weird reason but to just use for a "DPS increase" is just asinine.

As a Tank I generally Hate Knock Back moves that Healer and DPS have, if you use it as an interrupt or a boss that's fine. But nothing is more annoying then after you stack all the mobs together, then someone knocks a ranged mob out of that group of add...

But occasionally there are a few good players that knocks ranged mob towards my group of adds. If i see someone do this correctly, they normally get my commend.

Tanking is a job, DPSing is a science and Healing is an art.
If the Tank dies, it's the Healer's fault. If the Healer dies, it's the Tank's fault. If the DPS dies, it's their own damn fault.
