    1st - these are the preliminary notes.

    2nd - considering when this was brought up in LIVE letter (like 3 weeks ago) I would expect the earliest we will see this may be 3.21 (with The Feast) or more like 3.25.

    As for housing, I am expecting this to be 3.3 patch update personally.
