well, the fact that it doesn't benefit of defiance is bad - it indirectly nerfs warriortanks i lil bit. there cases you have to counter a healreducing debuff are way less than having a warriortank + scholar heal.

However, it's not as if Lustrate is our only option for WAR healing or even one of the primary options.

I've always considered Lustrate either a panic button or an "I or someone else screwed up, and I need to get caught up on healing NOW" button. It doesn't really affect the way I heal normally.
