PC Heavensward not installed/registered Quest Error

I purchased digital collector's edition from amazon.com and they weren't sending codes until the moment the early access period began. This was a combined code that included both Heavensward and Early Access.

I got home and patched 4.3GB and waited until Early Access started. Got my code from amazon and entered it into Mog Station which showed O's for both Heavensward and Collector's Edition.

The launcher went straight to play mode and didn't offer a Heavensward install. I tried toggling everything, logged in...can't accept quests because not registered and installed. Relogged, changed boot version and repatched...still nothing has worked.

My friends are now unlocking things and I can't do anything

Well it seems it's an amazon issue as the codes aren't really combined and they sent me the product code for heavensward and not my early access code...I hope this gets resolved quickly.

im haveing the same problem but for ps4 i got the ce from the ps4 store... my friends that got the game as well said they got another downloader after the game downloaded but i did not. i went to the mogstation and it doesnt say that i have the game or the ce for heavensward under service accounts "how it shows a "O" by the game showing which liscenses u have for the game"

Halms, I can't help regarding the Ps4 version. I had the same issue Eden but, check your email, I just received my early access code from Amazon 16mins ago. Story is they totally borked the code being all-in-one so now their sending out the Early Access codes themselves. Registered and downloadin the expansion as we speak.

Halms - I have the same issue. I purchased the standard edition pre-order last night from the PS Store on my PS4. It auto downloaded the PS4 theme, but I don't see anything else in my download history pertaining to Heavensward. The icon on the PS Home screen shows the updated Heavensward icon. When logging in this morning, it patched for about 50 minutes before allowing me to log in. I cannot accept quests and tells me I do not have Heavensward installed and registered. Checking the FF14 website for digital download PS4 registration, the first step says to open the game and follow the on-screen instructions, but no such instructions are being shown to me.

I logged into the MogStation and it says my Account Type is Standard FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Playstation4. However, just below that, it shows an "O" as having Windows and Playstation 4 licenses for A Realm Reborn, but nothing for Heavensward.

I have a receipt for my PS Store purchase that was emailed to me last night, and used the PS Store's customer service chat this morning. The rep told me that he can verify that I made the purchase and will have access to the game when it goes live on June 23. He didn't seem to understand or know anything about the early access for pre-ordering. I talked to one other player in-game that had the same exact issue.

Anyone have any advice?
