Cannot connect to data center 2002 error

I keep on getting 2002 while trying to connect to the data center, tried it with both versions of directx, as well as hard wiring my internet in, everything test out here fine, I was orginally disconnected while in a cut scene when a dungeon que popped.

I was in game got disconnected and now cannot get back in. 2002 error

Same happens to me while trying to log into Balmung.

This isn't really a bug as it happens every time there is major congestion due to too many logins both concurrently and attempted. More or less, it is the game telling you "I have too many trying to do too much at one time, I don't have time to deal with you!"

Sad that SE didn't think about this when they announced the expansion pack, knew their max capacities on servers, and active accounts with characters higher than lvl 20.

Having similar issues with Gilgamesh (error 2002 and at one point a 5009) and the Aether Data Center. Last night my work around was logging into a character on a different Data Center then logging back into Gilgamesh that worked once out of every couple times. However, as of today that no longer works. I get that its congestion on the login server but its frustrating that every time it occurs it crashes the game client meaning I have to go through the arduous process of logging in that SQEX Token users have.
