I just finished the quests for currents in Dravanian Forelands. Chocobo's Last Stand was not one of the quests. The quest before it, The hunter Becomes the Kweh, gave a current, though.

I am going to go back to dravania map. I was already level 54 when I left that palce and I did all the sidequest, but I was still mission one. My friend told me that may be there's some other quests that I need to unlock that is located on another map >>. I will fly on that map one way or another!

Yea Dravania is a tricky one. There's a quest you have to finish, to unlock the next quest for the aether current(non MSQ). Very easy to miss if you're expecting them to already have the icon to donate it as the reward for completion.
