Heavensward CE - Early Purchase gifts... Thing

I just got the Heavensward CE - Early Purchase from the PSN EU store for £49.99 and it comes with like the Flying Griffin Mount, Helm, Wind-up Kain and the Fantasia , how do I get them? I want to the mail in game and it was not there... Do I have to want until it come out on the 19th? Or do I need to be a level 50 for them?

They don't arrive (probably in your mail, like most other such things) until the actual release day of Heavensward. Today was simply the Head Start for Heavensward preorders, it will still be a few days until official release.

Oh ok thank you Vandril, I have to wait until the 19th... Cannot wait till I get that email with the codes then.
