    Heavensward quests

    Can't figure out where to go for Better Half Quest, no directions given by game shows to be in the new area but not where to go.
    Are there any links for the new quests yet?

    It's probably inside the House Fotemps. If that is the case, talk to the guard outside to go in. This happens a lot.
