I for one will not be doing heal/DPS unless I feel very comfortable with the group and job. And for the one who says that not contributing, did you die? I call that contributing. If you want to say a healer that doesn't DPS in a party is not contributing then I would say that all the BLM, SMN, and any other DPS or tank job that can equip a cure spell and doesn't help heal with their DPS/tanking are also not contributing. Food for thought.
