    Can't Enable DirectX 11

    I've tried to go to the Config menu from the log in interface. However, the button / slider to enable DirectX 11 support is grayed out. I've already checked dxdiag, and I AM currently running DirectX 11.

    Same here. I have direct x 11 instaled (dxdiag tells me that too) but i can not activate is. I have a GTS-450.

    im having the same issue GTS 450 it supports DX11 cuz im able to play other games that support or req* DX11 such games like Warframe

    Are you on 32-bit only OS's? The DX11 client is 64-bit only.

    how can DX11 be 64bit only when i can use it for warframe and many others

    Not DX11 is 64 Bit only. The FFXIV DX11 Client is 64 Bit only.

    Thanks. I didn't know that. I'm running Windows 7 32-bit... So I guess I'll have to wait until I get my Windows 10 upgrade.

    If your Windows is 32bit only, your windows 10 is going to be 32bit as well. You need to fresh reinstalled your OS to 64bit (from 64bit ISO or DVD).
