What happens once we are able to join a Grand Company?

Until now, we have been able to try our hands at all three companies on the premise that they are still setting themselves up and not yet ready to take full members.

In patch 1.19, we will be able to join a company fully, supposedly locking out our ability to trade in another company's seals and even visit their headquarters.

I have a few questions.

- Will new players still be able to try out the companies before deciding in the way we have, or will they be required to make a choice straight away now?

- Will there still be a way to use up any left-over company seals from the two companies that we do not join?

- If we are engaged in a quest for a company, such as Into the Dark (Ul'dah) and end up fully joining a different company (in this case, let's say the Maelstrom), will I still be able to complete the quest, will I have it forcibly abandoned, or will I be required to abandon it if I wish to proceed with Into the Dark (Limsa Lominsa)?

- As a current player who is only just getting close to rank 45 in my highest combat class, will I still be able to collect the three Into the Dark missions providing I don't commit to a specific company till I'm done with them?

-That's what we have now for quests (The trial/starter stuff) and yes its staying!

-Nope, been confirmed...be sure to use any unused seals for your non main company before you sign up with the one you want^^

-Doubtful... will probably be have to be abandoned manually or automatic once joined

-Ya you should be able to do just that Doubt it'll change!

Is that fact or assumption? Because you sound very certain and I don't know of any evidence. (Assumptions aren't a bad thing entirely - I just want to know where you're coming from if it is one.)

There were dev posts that confirmed that you'll be bound to the company you select in 1.19

The first company rank is recruit. A recruit can make all recruit quests in all companies. But to increase your rank, you must to join one company full.
That was mentioned many times and it don't change with 1.19
