    I'm having the same issue, however I tried the above fix, and my "SkipConfirmExpansionInstallDialogID" was set to 0. Here's what my Mog Station is showing:



    I even went so far as to un-install the entire game and re-download the client and re-patch everything. I am able to login and play, but get no prompt to install HW when I open my client, either prior to or after logging in. At the log in screen itself, it first shows the ARR logo, then once logged in I see the Heavensward Logo.



    I'm really not impressed by this SE, not at all.
