    MCH Hot Shot skill quest missing? ?

    I become MCH now and missing skill Hot Shot ( lv 30 )
    Npc not give me a quest...
    Is a bug? Or need talk to other npc?

    Edit: It is a quest - talk to the big Roe piratey guy again to get the quest for Hot Shot ^^
