Cant login on a PS4, I was on a PS3 before

Hello All,

First, thank you for reading this post and trying to help me.

I use to play on a PS3 and now I got a PS4 (im very exited to play!)
I have purchased the digital version of the PS4, the bundle that have the heavenward and all previous versions of the game. when I load the game and try to login I get the error message "No valid service account is available to play FFXIV"

I don't know what to do, the mogstation page tell me to activate the PS4 version on the game following the step by step instructions and thats what I did, there is only 1 option on the game, log in.

Now I'm feeling very frustrated... I hope someone knows what to do, thanks!

1. They are doing maintenance now.
2. If you buaght the bundle you have to wait til the official release of Heavensward to play

You cannot play the game on ps4 until the 23rd. That includes both ARR and the expansion if you purchased the bundle. You can play ARR content on your ps3 once servers come back up. You will need to download the patch updates on your ps3 still.
