Did not get a License Key For Heavensward [PSN]

Everything is paid for and downloaded but I did not recieve a message via psn nor my email account with a License for my PS4 Version of HW I bought it off the psn and everything works in game but I cannot start the quest to go to Ishgard or proceed and when I look on my mogstation it doesn't show it as a License has been obtained on the HW tab for it :x

Has anyone obtained an actual Heavensward registration code? Right now it's just early access and you need to have registered an early access code. The standard game release hasn't started yet.

I haven't all I did was buy the pre order download it and patched, I didn't get any kind of code via Email or PSN so I dunno what the hell is going on

I'm having the same issue. Got the digital collector's edition, mog station says I have early access, just no "O" underneath the PS4 and Collector's column. Digital editions were stated to not need an early-access code, or a license code. It was all done auto-magically. Extremely irritated that I can't play any of the content I paid for.

If its a digital download the moment you go to download your expansion it asks you to link it to a character/account. once it links them that's it. no registration codes...actually no codes PERIOD. its all linked via your PSN to your mogstation.

Amazon distributed the registration code, but not the early-access code. I'm wondering if they got the 2 screwed up and reversed them by mistake. As of now, Amazon purchasers can't update the client to 3.0 since they don't have the promised early-access codes yet (the client is stuck in ARR-hell and doesn't prompt the auto-expansion-update thing when you log in).

Bought the digital PSN version of Heavensward: CE. I am unable to accept the quest given by Alphinaud to go to Ishgard. Am I doing something wrong? I would like to know as soon as possible.

Edit: I found the solution, at least for me.
If you are playing on the ps4. On the main menu, select the Heavensward icon. But don't press "X", instead, press D-Pad down then D-Pad right. now keep pressing down until you reach add-ons, it will be called Heavensward and have a little down arrow, select it and your download will finally begin

For those on ps3, I would assume if you went to your library on the psn store, it would also work, however I cannot confirm this.

I did all that, and no, I did not link it to the wrong service account. I only have the one. :/

do this, go to the PSN cross bar and go to ffxiv, DONT hit x, go down as if you where to view your recent activity. Keep going down until you see the my add ons. then hit the heavens ward add on and see if anything is added to the download que on your ps4

also can you tell me the size of the Downloads you've had so far? im thinking you might have missed the 1.7 g client

I'm on PS4, and solved this in a similar fashion. Had to close out of the game completely before this worked though. Thanks!
