Ok guys, if you ordered from amazon, shoot them an email and tell them you never received your codes. I did and they sent me mine within the hour. So if you still need codes, try that.

Just received my code. Now to begin the EX1 download.
I can finally add an update after waiting for over an hour and a half for a customer service rep to pick up. They sent me my code after I called them. IF YOU DO THIS MAKE SURE TO NOT LET THEM HANG UP UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU ARE IN EARLY ACCESS AND BEGIN DOWNLOADING HEAVENSWARD! IF YOU LET THEM HANG UP AND IT DOESN'T WORK YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN.
I finally got my code after sending them two more emails, contact them if you still don't have your code.
I'm beginning to wonder if some cases are just used error and not amazons fault...for those who received the first 18 character code.
If you didn't receive anything at all, shame on you waiting until last minute to investigate.
The reviews on Amazon are awful and setting a poor example for what should be an awesome expansion.
Reviews for a product should be done after the resolution of your problem, not before.

You pay your money, you get the code. You shouldn't have to hound a company for anything. I ordered from Greenmangaming and got it instantaneously, that's how it should be. How can any of this be user error if you've received NOTHING.
I said for those who received one code, it could be user error.
Mine worked just fine from start to finish.
Still, the amount of crying on amazon reviews is ridiculous and some of them clearly aren't paying attention to what's going on.
Then again, yes, the system of distributing codes could be more efficient and reliable.
Strange. I received my code from Amazon a few days ago (PC physical CE purchase in the U.S.) and applied it without issue. In the Mogstation (under account type) it says "FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Windows(R)".
Edit: Are the people with this problem all digital orders, perhaps?

Don't jump to conclusions. I contacted Amazon back in May and again on June 3rd about early access. Both times they said that the codes weren't going out until the 19th at midnight at the earliest. I even told them that some people already got their codes, they reassured me that it was a fluke and they weren't supposed to be sent out that early. Some of us were prepared and did our research. It's 100% Amazon's fault for waiting until the last minute to send them out. Some people still havent gotten it. Based on Amazon's responses, there seems to have been a technical glitch as well. That on top of the last minute distribution is why people are upset.
