Amazon pre-order code does not include early access

So I'm trying to fix this mess for my roomate and just for I laugh, Heavensward Digital Download is now down to 1 1/2 stars on Amazon XD.

I laughed as well at this lol. Amazon should have probably sent these out sooner instead of waiting on early access day, I can only imagine what there customer support is going through having done that sort of thing myself at one time.

Yeah, its actually funny to see people are stupid as always, taking it out on the games rating, because amazon messed up. GG.

Well normally they shouldn't, but in a case where Amazon.com is the listed supplier for a product, the product quality itself is a reflection of the company and vice-versa.

In the end though, it is more a hit on purchasing it from them as a retailer, many people are placing comments as to why at least.

Anyway, the battle continues. I'm really dying because I AM in but promised not to do anything until I fixed this for my Room Mate. It was that or die XD. I should say that I didn't go through amazon myself so I've no answers yet. Will post here if I find out anything.

I cannot cancel my order since the code was already registered to my account. Not without a hassle with customer service. Amazon has always been good to me, but if I don't have the code by the time I get off of work, I'm going to do this anyway.

I wouldn't be too concerned with the early access at this point. It's been up and down more than a pair of Kangaroos in the mating season.

Funny thing is that despite being on Excal, I've been online now for about an hour with no problems. So now that I am, I'm kind of irked that I can't do anything. >.>
