i7 12700k/EVGA RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra
My game gets to the loading screen. I here the area music and it just crashes. So i went back to DX9 lol
The game says I don´t have Directx11 even though I have, my graphic card supports and everything on pc is super über up to date. Don´t know what to do anymore... C'mon SE, my DX11 is here!!
I'm getting name flickering (and interchanging names between players and NPCs). HD7950s in crossfire. Thought it was CF at first, but others with single GPUs are reporting the same thing.
I run an AMD R7970 on DX11 windowed mode (which i then double-click to make fullscreen - i have to do this to limit the refresh rate to suit my monitor) and report that, while I havnt experience the exact same issue as OP, I do do experience times where it looks as though semi-transparent textures arent rendering. I first noticed this on the Egis, but then also where player's weapons would normal glow they werent or only partly. And I dont know if its intensional but I find that in cutscenes the surfaces all look very bland like no shine to them.
Now you mention it I too had that but I've seen it in other games too so dismissed it as just 'one of those things'
.
Mine is 7950 as well, but I can´t even get the game to reconize my DX11 (all drivers and DX up to date, of course)
got a solution! I downloaded the beta version for the new Radeon driver (15.5 Beta). http://support.amd.com/en-us/downloa...Windows+7+-+64
now the game recognizes my DX11.
I am also experiencing name flickering when I first log in or zone. It stops when I move the mouse but some names don't show correct. Sometimes in dungeons while fighting mobs I often see the names of the mobs we fight flicker to one of the party players. I am also running a cf setup & have tried an assortment of settings but nothing seems to completely eradicate it. I am also running the game in dx11 mode.
You might want to put this bug into in-game bugs thread using the right template or there is high possibility it won't be addressed at all.
The only issues I've been having is my 780 running quite a lot hotter than usual. Used to top out around 50-55c in FF14. Now, it'll go up to 76c. I experienced some flickering maybe the first day of early-access, but it hasn't happened since.
