Graphical bug that might need to be warned about...

I'm running DX11 and encountered an odd flicker as I neared an area for a cutscene. Went into it and encountered this...





Might just be my GPU got messed up for whatever reason, but felt I might need to warn some people lol. The shadow bubbles blinked/flickered in the lighting all the time, but it did it A LOT at certain angles, so small seizure/epilepsy warning on that one.

GPU: GTX970

If anyone else is running the same card with up to date drivers, and on DX11, but didn't encounter this then it might be just me.

I got Fatal error in DirectX 11 when I tried to run game with it. Which is stupid, my computer is updated to that but I switched back to 9 and everything works fine for me.

It might just be bugged in general then to run DX11, though still too soon to know for sure I guess.

I didnt have any issues with my 770s, just the usual game errors with everyone attacking the servers at once.

Might be a 900-series issue then. The same thing happened around when personal housing was released. Terrain shadows/fog/water effects would flicker when the the camera was facing certain directions or just off in general, like certain areas of the canyon/gorge in the Goblet. Again, assuming this isn't just me lol.

Same here, game just goes into Windowed mode when I try to alt-tab.

So I've found a spot to recreate the shadow issue. From what I can see, it's definitely a refresh issue. I'm playing on a 120hz monitor and lowering the refresh/FPS cap to 60 or lower makes the same problem pop out like normal. Leaving it at 120 or None will cause it to come about only during certain lighting and angles are on-screen. Alt/tab will cause the refresh to go crazy and provoke the problem. Playing in windowed doesn't help much. Well, I guess I'll just have to set it back to DX9 until NVIDIA can push out a patch for it. Hopefully it doesn't come out with DX9 too for me lol.

Have had my UI flickering (player names, party list, hotbars) rapidly when walking around the new areas with DX11. Switching back to DX9 until there's some sort of fix. GTX 970, GTA V Driver (can't use the latest ones, they cause TDR's constantly when browsing chrome)
