I would assume back to where Alphinaud and the rest are in Coerthas. Having not been able to get on, I can't promise I am right.

at crystal in coerthas, go down off the bridge in the south, and to the east, there is a house, you need to be on the north side of that house. There you will find a guard stationed outside of a door that will let you in.
Haven't gotten on either, so can't promise it is the correct location tho

As you spawn in the Aetheryte (26,17). It's a little passage between the wall where aetheryte is and a building, with a guard npc. You talk with the guard and he gets you inside the room.

Wrong. It is obtained in House Fortemps. Patch notes are there for a reason, guys.
