Me and my housemate got the code by mail. Check the promotions tab (gmail) and also your spam folder (was in promotions for me, my housemates code was in the Spam folder)

1) I ordered from the SE store, and it's arriving "late" because SE shipped it late - they even waited to ship "overnight delivery" till yesterday, so people won't get it before today - that's COMPLETELY on SE's head, just like your "issue".
2) It was clearly stated on the SE shop page that you will get the CE bonuses on the day of official release. Not on the minute of official release, on the day...

Where do you actually enter the code? I tried it on the "Enter Item Code" screen on the Mogstation but it told me it wasn't valid.
