    heavenswarn is not there

    I have pre ordered heaven swarn and reedemed it days ago, but when I click on alphinud it says I need heavenswarn istaled and registred, in my mogstation account says that I don't have heavenswarn...
    What is happening?

    Im on PS4 and this is happening to me also. I downloaded it on yesterday and in mogstation is shows heavensward with early access. I even have the logo. I posted about it over here. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...4-PS4-troubles
