PS4 troubles

We've seen a few reports from PlayStation users who are unable to accept the initial quest in Coerthas even though they've registered the code and patched the game. However, it seems the cause is due to the fact that the Heavensward software was not downloaded from PlayStation Network. This is a step that cannot be skipped and is likely what is causing the issue.

If you're finding yourself unable to accept the first quest in Heavensward though you've registered your code and see early access on Mog Station, please ensure you've downloaded the Heavensward installer file from PSN.

PlayStation®4 users
Navigate to your Library and find FINAL FANTASY XIV, select it and go to "Related Items" - the Heavensward software will be there for you to download.

PlayStation®3 users
Navigate to PlayStation Network on the XMB, select Account Management and then Transaction Management. Select Download List and you should see the Heavensward software listed and you can download it if you not yet done so.

I am having the same quest accept/heavensward not installed or registered issue but on PC. Mog Station shows Heavensward CE is registered but I only got one patch of 4.3GB and no install for HW. Have tried relogging and changing game version to re-patch but nothing has worked. Now all my friends are unlocking and I can't do anything

I just purchased a physical copy of Heavensward from a local store, followed the steps that came with up including, downloading the file from the PSN store using the code that came with the game. But for some reason when I go to the Final Fantasy XIV on my Playstation and go to "Related items" there is nothing about Heavensward or any additional downloads, and I know i have had to downloaded the file from Playstation store since the code that came with the game and which I used in the PSN store doesn't work anymore. I have done everything what was in the installation guide that came with the game, but something is wrong.

Unfortunately, this PS4 solution does not work for me. I checked the Mogstation and have the game registered, and received a small patch (a few megabytes' worth), but nothing shows under the "Related Items" section under Heavensward. I only have one service account, so there's no issue there, and I already have ARR installed on the same console.

Also, entering my voucher on PSN last night gave me no download, but it did give me a confirmation message. Entering it today just gives me an error message, and the download never begins.

Thats not doing anything for me on PS4. Mog Station still says HW is not registered even after my account states HW EA after I actually did, downloaded, installed, and yet on my add-ons page for hw states that it will unlock in 3 days 17 hours.

By Heavensward do you mean the "O" showing up? That's not showing for anyone yet, because the full game codes aren't being accepted yet. Can you tell me what store, and what version you're referring to/having this problem with? You purchased Heavensward itself or the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online package?

From the psn store I also have the same problem on my ps3 the mog station say it I dont have it registered

I purchased from the PSN store and yes it seems its the FFXIV online package, not HW stand alone, even though I already had the game.
Looks like that might be part of my problem.
