PS4 troubles

Mine did everything yours did Bio on yesterday.

THATS THE KEY

On the PS4 cross menu bar (where you launch games), scroll to the ffxiv game picture like you are going to launch the game. Instead of pushing x, push down on the d pad, then push right on the d pad. This will bring you to a bunch of pictures and stuff about the game. scroll down past trophies, friends, and recent activities. as you go past recent activities you will hit view all, scroll down on d pad on more time. Now you're in add on section.

Under add ons, it should say "my add-ons" and there should be heavenward. push x, it will take you to another page with a little download arrow next to FFXIV HW. Push x on it and after about 5 seconds you will see "FFXIV HW added to downloads" thats the 1.7gb patch everyone is missing and the reason your launcher doesn't look right and the reason you can't start the HW quests in game.

Ty so much. I got the collectors edition and just downloaded the patch inside the game, didnt realized There was another file in PS4 (normally the download start all by itself

I started the game, entered name and pass, then it showed heavensward PS4 click to register. It showed my name and a list of all these vet rewards, clicked Next and it went back the the main ffxiv page and the download started.

My icon does show heavensward not ARR. It did on yesterday

Having the same issues. I meet all requirements.

For me it says the quest is not available and under that it says "Heavensward installed and registered".

Try going to downloads ain notifications and click on the heavensward download and see what it does. Or go To settings Playstationnetwork/account settings account info and services and see if you see the beta in there maybe?

Angie we are just screwed. 14 min left on my download. I hope this works. Or I may kill someone

unless you installed the 1.7 download(most didnt because we were still locked behind the timer), then you are missing another 2 gigs to download.
