Mog station saying I don't own Heavensward and not showing all my characters

Same issue here

bought on psn, downloaded all add-ons, followed all the instructions when launching the game and still cant get heavensward to work. Mog station says I dont have it but my ps4 is saying I do have early access.

Currently waiting for live assistance but its a loooong queue unfortunately

My issue is I'd like to know where the hell is my main character? He's ****ing gone!

Only one of my alts is showing up on MogStation; the other alts and my main are missing. Page says I don't have Heavensward yet, and I don't have any in-game mail with my bonus items, but I just did the opening and am standing just inside Ishgard's main gates now. REALLY annoyed by this because it's causing me a huge delay in getting my Au Ra conversion and name change done.

Happy to know it's not just me. Been on hold with CS about this exact thing for over an hour. Only reason I got the CE is so I could play early. Tried to redownload it off the PS Store and says its not available for purchase at this time when I already purchased it. With the Download icon available. This is messed up.

I have this issue as well, where do we get the CE items and Pre-Order items?

Just reading through this thread, my Mogstation only shows 4 character instead of 10, and says i don't have Heavensward CE, even though I have been into game got the quest, picked up all new jobs, etc.
My only issue so far is that I haven't recieved any of the bonus items for CE and Pre-Order.

What in the flying seven hells. If I wasn't so stunned I would be pissed.

I got on to talk to a live chat person for assistance trying to fix this issue. There was a que of 164 people when I started. I waited just under 3 hours. Finally it gets to 1, to me, and just like that it defaults me to a screen that says that there are no available technicians to help me.

...After 3 hours. It's my turn. And it just tells me that I waited all of that time for nothing, it took them 3 hours to tell me that there wasn't a live person to help me? It suggests that I send an email instead.

From what I've gathered you won't receive those items until the actual release date on the 23rd.
