    What exactly were they supposed to "learn"? Expansion launches are never without issues like this; even companies that have been doing it for years run into some really big problems (see: Blizzard and the Warlords of Draenor launch debacle). I'm as frustrated as anyone, but screaming and exclamation point abuse accomplishes nothing except making you look like a twelve-year-old who shouldn't be up this late anyway.
