Where are my characters on the Lodestone?

Greetings,

We've posted a notice about this on the Lodestone that I wanted to pass along to all of you!

Currently, we have confirmed an issue on the Lodestone, FINAL FANTASY XIV forums, and Mog Station wherein certain parts of your character will not display.

The issue is currently under investigation, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

Your character will be properly displayed once you log in to game. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but ask that you try logging in to FINAL FANTASY XIV with the affected character in question to confirm.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

for people wondering:
if your character disappeared from mogstation, or lodestone, just log in to your game and your character will load normally, this will trigger the character to load back in mogstation and lodestone.

This isn't working for me anyhow. I've logged into the game, lodestone just keeps shooting an error at me and mog station doesn't show my character.

Lodestone still not recognizing that I belong to an FC. Friends list slowly filling in but may be related to that person not logging in since update.

Unfortunately not the case with my FC. As of now only 3 people showing on the Lodestone for our FC, which has a membership base of over 170. Have been playing over the weekend and have communicated with countless FC members playing. None who are showing up today in the Lodestone database as current members of our FC, SAO. In fact yesterday 1/2 of our members were showing up, now only 3. I know this is some sort of glitch or bug that will be fixed, but it is causing some people to think they were booted from our FC. We need this fixed.

Having the same issue as well, I'm not showing up on the FC I'm in either. It's saying on Lodestone that I have no Free Company, yet I'm currently the leader of one. We have around 105 Members in our member base, and its only showing 69 of them. Not sure whats going on, but I hope they fix this soon as well.

same boat here i'm in a company that has 129 players yet it's reporting back on lodestone that we have only 46.

Lodestone has been messed up for days now.

On the day of early access, the FC that my main character is in, didn't show up on my Lodestone profile till a day or two after early access, but the FC my alt character is in hasn't appeared on Lodestone at all since early access happened.

still seems like an issue even in 2023 :/
