Fansite podcasts are a waste of a waste of time.

I will never forget at Fanfest 2007, while we were waiting in line to play the WotG demo alongside some nerdly nerd who was overly proud of his 50lb laptop, and identified himself as being from Limit Break Radio. He seemed genuinely offended that we had never heard of him or his podcast, nor were we impressed with the size of his doorstop.

He then argued with us, claiming that DNC was not getting an ability that increases movement speed, even though one of us had already played the demo and knew that Chocobo Jig existed and what it did.

Inside the demo, he shouted to everyone to go to Limit Break Radio to see his full report on the demo. The demo we were all playing at the same time as him, which he couldn't possibly know more about than any of us.

And that's why I don't bother with fansites. Arrogance.
