Dear Square-Enix,

We, the oceanic players, are big supporters of XIV and all the amazing content you create, but recently it has felt as though we are being given the shaft. With no access to all the amazing merchandise from SE store and the ridiculous price players paid for the CE of Heavensward, myself and many of my fellow oceanic players have felt frustrated.

In the live letter XXII, it was announced that yet another 3 minions are being released, all attached to a piece of merchandise... and as with all other SE merchandise, will not be readily available to your oceanic fan base. Simply because I live in Australia, I have to miss out on amazing (and absolutely adorable) in-game minions that many others can easily obtain from your stores in other countries.

I realise there are reasons which may influence upon SE's decision to sell the merchandise in the SE Australia store (need of warehousing of stock, shipping costs, etc), but I have spoken to a manager of a Game Traders store (who stock a ton of game merchandise) and he said they would love to stock more SE merchandise but are unable to get it.

If it is not possible to sell ARR/HW merchandise via the SE AU store, could you please ask the team in charge of selling the merchandise to please look into which retailers in Australia (or for NZ and other oceanic countries) could stock these items. I'm fairly sure EB Games has even launched an offshoot store that specialises in merchandise from games.

Please stop forcing your oceanic player base to have to resort to third party sellers who, knowing that oceanic players have no other choice, feel it is ok to massively spike the cost of these items on sites such as ebay, making one single piece of merchandise cost upwards of (and sometimes over) $100 each....

I am such a minion-crazed player and have, thus far, acquired most of the merchandise-related minions by overpaying people on ebay (and in one case got stung badly being sold a fake CD with no minion code and lost a lot of money)... but I have had enough, and thus plead my case to SE to FIND A WAY PLEASE to get this merchandise to your oceanic player base.
