People in the anime or video game community who say they prefer japanese voice audio to english when they don't even know the language. What is the point when you can't understand what they are saying?

Sometimes the native voice actors are MUCH better at expressing the emotion of the scene than the localization actors. The opposite is also true. Sometimes the localized content towers over the native language due to the talent of the voice actors. One of the best shows I've ever seen was the English dubbed Ghost Stories.
Literally the only direction they got for Ghost Stories was "you have to keep the basic plot but as for that go nuts".Sometimes the native voice actors are MUCH better at expressing the emotion of the scene than the localization actors. Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME

People who assume everyone online who speaks English is from US or UK.
And people from US who act high and mighty over non americans who don't like american voice acting like they do and have no issues reading subtitles.
Or anyone who acts high and mighty over anyone for liking anime, tv shows, genres of games, genres of music, languages, you name it. This topic really shows the true cringe. The PETTINESS of some people.
Weaboos make you cringe? Furries make you cringe? RPers make you cringe? People not wearing glamour make you cringe?
Get over your freaking selves.
