    Before trying the waterfall uninstall reinstall
    1. Connect via a hardline and try again. If you are already connected hardline initiate the download then
    2. Restart the download when you get the fail, leave it alone. Open a new Window and try again.
    3. Start the download then remove the ".exe" file out of the folder, one download is complete move it back
