Black launcher

I've been having this problem for days now, i've tried resetting internet explorer to default, redownloading flash, I even uninstalled the game and retried it on steam but it still gives me this black screen.

It started happening after i tried out the trial and made my character, then i had to leave but when I came back, that black screen started.

Is this happening when you first launch it, or when you read a Notice, or Topic, or after you hit Close from the Notice / Topic screen to return to the main screen?
