Unable to download Patch Files (30413) (20496)

anyone else getting this?

do any of us have any viable solutions except :

• Restarting the Router
• Run as Administrator
• Turn off AV or that kinda stuff that had something to do with firewalls
• ip renewal through cmd
• deleting the patch folder
• moving the *.exe from the boot folder
• or any other solutions i've been trying for the past three hours

I'm on PC, windows 8.1, i have enough free space, been playing FFXIV without any troubles so far, i had this kind of problem back when patching 2.5/2.55 it resolves itself mysteriously

I got this problem, I restarted the upload while shutting off all other internet applications. Currently using my work laptop while the download is in progress. It's still going.

The same thing is happening to me on the ps4. It keeps doing it randomly while its downloading.

same here it wont pass 1000 and error comes up idk what to do its insane

I'm getting the exact same issue, have been all day. It'll get so far into the download and then I'll get that error for some reason.

I gave up and uninstalled trying for a fresh install to see if that fixes it =x

Use hardline, turn WIFI off.
If fails again, leave it alone and open a new Window and try again.

They could at least make it so the patcher doesn't restart and require you to re-enter all your info again, at least on the PS4. Ive been babysitting the patcher all morning, and have reentered my pass and authenticator like 100 times to download a freaking 2mb patch.
