The Idea

I plan to attempt to run a progression oriented team in Heavensward. Dedicated and skilled to push content quickly.

The Leader

I plan on leading the group myself, with 6 years of progression raiding in rank <100 in the world for wow as well as leading a guild that held 300~ in NA. I have a few realm firsts to my name and look to bring together a group of likeminded players.

The Group

The group will always be designed around encounters if needed. People may be benched in exchange to make a certain fight easier until it is on farm. A certain amount of skill is also expected as well as dedication to your chosen job. Knowing its nuances and tricks.

The Time Table

center]The current schedule I'm thinking is wed-fri. 3 hours a night.10pm EST-1am EST. As well as during progression adding 1-2 days if people are able to make it. The schedule is still in works, this is just an example of the type of hours to expect[/center]

The Expectation

90% attendance is required. From spending a lot of time in high end guilds one thing that exist in all of them is people that want the quick clear but don't want the work. Attendance usually being a problem if progression slows. Repeated failure to mechanics will have a player benched for the night. Low performance in terms of healing or damage will be investigated to try and solve the issue

The Loot

As a veteran raider, DKP to me has always shined as it rewards players for time they put in. So I believe a DKP system or DKP styled system is best.. Any other system too easily stirs drama with players

The DKP

DKP is awarded to players who show up to raids. Extra for showing up 5-10 minutes early. Extra for being present for a progression kills [bench included] as it is we are using the auction system with DKP decay. As well each new content patch brings a DKP wipe. This is the kind of system I like but similar variations are equally as good

Conclusion

Currently The group has no home, I am personally willing to lead or join in to a group as long as players has the same mindset. My schedule does allow for different raid times but the one thing I'm not interested on changing is the loot system.
