Entitlement key where!? why is it not whre it needs to be already help!!

I'm getting confused and now angry as well, I got the first download off PSN this morning around 2am cst, 1.7 gig download, then logged in and got 3.7gig download from SE "yay ok i'm ready" No i'm not there's an 8 gig download and now i'm angry and panicking another thread says there's an entitlement key or something I have to put in on mogstation, ok go to mog station where is my &%^$ing key, PSN doesn't have it but says I have 1 unused entitlement for early access, no key, check email no email from PSN, nobody has this information and as the clock ticks down I become angier and angrier and angrier and my options to download this content become slimmer and slimmer, Somebody please step in and say Go here, go here put this in. Please and thankkyou

I also preordered from PSN. And i only had the 1.7 and 3.7 gig downloads and i was done. There was no 8 gig update.

Before i downloaded, it brought up a window asking "Select the following blah blah you wish to be applied to your account: Blah heavensward blah, PS4 (was the only one)"

I checked my mog station account and it says it's a heavensward account with Early Access.

Can you take screenshots or something (please edit out any sensitive account info)? So we can see the issue? Because something sounds off here.

It's possible that the reason you aren't seeing the 8gb download is that the extra gb is only on the PC version for the DX11 client, which is a PC-only thing. (as in, 5-6gb of your download is the same as what PCs are downloading, plus the additional gb for the DX11 client on PCs)

The DX11 client is only an additional 20MB or so. It still uses the same assets as the DX9 client, which makes up the majority of the size of the game's installed files, so there shouldn't be much variation between the PC and console clients.

I imagine the difference may be related to the data compression methods used. I wouldn't be surprised if PS3 and PS4 use a completely different compression method to the PC for their patches, resulting in smaller downloads but unpacking to the same file size. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

In the letter today they said that if you are on PSN and you preordered, it all activates automatically. As long as it says you own it in the PSN.

i'm ok now chillin out watching the Jurrassic park series, i'm using ps4 and was confused on mogstation since my ps4 early access did not show up on mogstation, earlier they said this was happening and not to panic guess all I can do is wait and see. Thanks for the comforting posts guys ^^
