The actual HW client download seems to kick in after you have at least started the original download, and you need to accept the new ToS that go with it. Only people that have inputted their EA code and have had their account charged should get this download. My cousin got his immediately after recieveing another email with his EA code once his account was charged (the code was the same code received at the time of his pre-order purchase a few weeks ago.) I had this email before him and got the second dl an hour prior.
