Heavensward access disappeared?

Hello,

I've bought Heavensward about two weeks ago on GMG, until now everything in my MogStation was fine, it was showing that I had early access for HW.

However, today when I logged on MogStation, it said I had only a license for ARR and not HW. Since I couldn't find the button for early access anymore, I tried to add the HW key in the Add Service Account button, however it told me that the key had already been used.

I have no idea what is going on but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Seems like they updated the Mog-Station

To me, it looks the same Account is Standard - Platform is Windows and CE

Only hint of Early Access is when I open up the received Items list.

There it states "FFXIV: Heavensward - Bonus-Items"

But for our sanity and restful sleep, maybe a clarification by a Mod would be appreciated

I also did used same method once i got the pre-order key and it showed. Now after the Mog Station update i only have normal Collectors Edition of FFXIV only. Key is already been used too.

There is maintenance scheduled for Mog Station, soo >>MAYBE<< they will fix it. This is their first big expansion, soo lets hope for the best and prepare for the worst...

I guess you only entered your Early Access code, not the "real" Heavensward license code.
I've yet to receive mine, only entered the Early Access one, and my status is the same as yours.

So we have access to EA but they havent released the proper HW code yet, that sucks i ordered it from the square enix eu store, cant get anymore official there

Ok my access disappeared, because SE stated that when they tried to get payment from my Bank acc, no founds
As I checked my Bank acc records no denied/cancelled/disapproved billings for this month or even in a pass 6 month was not found.

So as my previous order was canceled, I bought it again , and my Bank showed it just right away, that transaction OK.
So again because of SE lag another problem, guess at the start there will be even more problems, but I really hope that I'm wrong

This is what mine looks like but only for windows, still no HW full code and yet i have an email from the Squeenix store and paypal telling me i was billed for HW on the 9th june

Launcher been updated and downloading files. Just 4.4GB as is shows...

Mog station will be propably updated with proper info soon enough too.

SquareEnix store says it's available on 6/23 - Which probably means the actual license code for the expansion. The early access is separate.

Mine looks like the above; early access granted but no expansion license code yet.
