It's not clear from your post what that "everything" you want to handle through email is. Any new player who wants a free trial can just sign up and download it, so there's nothing for you to offer them in that regard. Are you inviting new players to join your Free Company? If so, then why not say so? Are you asking people to use your Recruit-A-Friend codes? If so, then say openly that you're offering a Friendship Circlet to people who buy and subscribe to the game (but then that wouldn't have anything to do with free trials, so your post title is confusing).

Then you say you don't want people stealing your email, but you give out your email address openly? And don't even clearly say what it is that people should contact you about? It just sounds kind of fishy.
