Question for Collector's Edition

Um- hello! I don't know if this is a stupid question or if it has been answered, but I can't find an answer and it's freaking me out a little. I play on the PS3 and on the 15th, preordered the Collector's Edition on PSN. Paid the whole 60$, have a receipt that says it was the CE I bought and everything. But as I'm downloading HW right now, it keeps saying it's the Standard Edition. I don't know if it's because CE doesn't kick in until early access or if it's an error- and if it IS an error, I'd like to know asap so I can call support.

It would be really helpful if someone could help me out on this concern. Thank you and happy (almost) early access!

The rewards won't kick in until June 23rd, if you're worried about them.

After the 23rd, you should def. contact support.

I'm curious about the digital upgrade to Collectors Edition. (I'm wondering if that will show up after you register your main code for Heavensward.)

If it helps any, I also have the Digital Collectors Edition, for Realm Reborn AND Heavensward. I also see Standard in the Account section, however if you look just below that box to the Version Window you should see an entry for Realm Reborn and Heavensward individually.

Mine shows a notation in the Windows column and then then Collectors Edition column, while Heavensward is entirely blank.
I assume that the Account section is just descriptive of your account type. I think 1.0 Players might see Legacy where we see Standard.
I'll ask my Legacy friends to check, though if a Legacy Forumite could check their Mogstation, that'd work too.

Alternatively, it could be reflecting your Subscription status? I'm using a Standard subscription, though others might be using the Basic sub etc. If you've cancelled your sub (for some reason) It may show Inactive in that window.

Assuming it'll almost be the same system as A Realm Reborn, it SHOULD show up aftering inputting your main code.

So yeah, when you get your "Official" code, input that, then go back to the MogStation and there should be a big button saying "Digital Upgrade".
Of course, you can't right now, but I assume that's how you go about it.

Lol, so i was correct then. Good to know. Also puts to rest any concerns the OP has about whether or not he has a proper Collectors Edition registered to his account.

It's Early Access, so I just took the assumtion everyone was on "Standard" cause we don't get any CE rewards.


I believe next week it'll say Collector's Edition after we input our codes. Hope so

I'm on PS3 and mine also says standard even though my email confirmation says collector's edition so I'm assuming (hoping) that that's the way it supposed to be. If it is an error than you're not alone.

It won't say collector's it just says Legacy or Standard. Legacy means you played in the older version of FFXIV before A Realm Reborn.
