HW not registered to account, clearly bought CE

Can anyone help me out here? Yesterday I bought the digital collectors edition for my ps4 version of heavensward from the playstation store. The expansion is downloaded, and I got into the intercessory just to find out the expansion was not registered to my account.

When attempting to log in, it asked me which service account I would like to link HW to. I linked it to the only one I had, and yet, when I enter the Mog Station, it claims I don't have it on my account. Hense, I cannot start the HW questline, after paying $60 and taking off work. Kind of a bummer.

If anyone could help me out here, that would be great. I know I have the expansion, I have the freaking Exclusive Ps4 theme for proof, and I know I registered, but it's just not going through.

Have been on Hold with CS for an hour now while they try and fix this exact issue with me too. Only reason I purchased the CE so I can play it early.

I think i have the same issue.
I bought HW CE but it doesnt say it on mog station, it says "A "○" is displayed for platforms on which a license has been obtained." and i only have O on FFXIV ARR but it says my account type is FFXIV HW Early access, so i dont understand anything.
Besides i cant download the patch from PSN store, i just downloaded the 3gb pathc from the launcher, but i cant play on heavensward content :/

Looks like a lot of people are having this same issue, I have managed to get into the game and play, even obtained 3 new jobs, but Mogstation has lost 6 Alts and there is no 'O' registering Heavensward on my service account either, I have been told (and vaguely remember from 2.0) that bonus items will becaome available on 23rd (Launch day).
