Download keeps decreasing and extending my approx minutes

So I am downloading Heavensward right now and my internet speed is pretty good. Yet even though all I run next to the download is Skype my speed keeps decreasing. It is now even down to a dang 700 minutes left. This can not be right, the speed even says 0.17mb/s Mind you I run internet on 150MB/s and my download has always been 2mb at least. Why is this particular download going so dang slow? And decreases time after time. And how can I fix it? Cause 11 hours for a 8GB download is absurd with my net...

It started fine but now it is just being a snail. And I can't find out why cause my speed is fine otherwise, I tried some things out after noticing the download was UBER slow and websites load as fast as always, downloads are fine and speedy as I am used to yet HW is STILL over 700 minutes left. Which really makes no sense seeing other stuff is uneffected. It has to be something over at SE

EDIT: finally it is down now and to 44 minutes left and back on 2mb/s still not sure what caused it.

I already know my internet sucks, very limited options where I live, but... 0.02 MB/s, 4000 minutes left. See everyone next week sometime.

see before they announced the download on facebook and twitter it was 10am my time my pc already downloaded it and same on platstation network i was rdy i didnt want to be like forever since i know later there would be issues i am like game game game hell i put in at work to have monday-Friday of next week off sad part i still work this weekend but i also have the game on my pc and PS3 soo i am golden lol

I have the same problem as the original poster. It started off strong and after a while dropped down to 0.03 or 0.04MB/s. At this rate, it'll take me over 30 hours to download the entire client and I've been trying to download it since this morning. I'm wondering if my ISP is throttling the download because for literally everything else, my internet is completely normal.

After about 24 hours of downloading.... Currently 0.04 MB/s, 2200 minutes left. /sigh
