Retainer service

It seems it's up in the Mog Station, so I added another one. Went through the process and got an email. However the account information does not reflect that I have 3 paid retainers and any further attempt to get another one results in an error. It does specify that you can have up to 6 paid retainers though. Gonna get at least 2 more. I do have a side question, under my account info, it list the subscriptions for ARR and Heavsward, but only ARR has anything marked in the boxes. I have entered the code already. Does this mean I just have to wait?

I wouldn't complain about the lack of retainers if they would just let me PUT my ARMOR in the ARMOIRE. Half my inventory space on my retainers is armor that I use for glamour and it's only for the tank class which I main. I can't imagine what would happen if I saved armors for the dps too.

Still can't have a 5th retainer anyone got it to work what am i missing xD?
