Amazon US not sending me the early access & pre-order bonus code

I got mine yesterday after someone posted they got theirs. I got for PS3 CE and PC. But on Tuesday I chat with them, and they applied a 24 hrs resend code, then got an email saying they are waiting on SE to put up the redeem system, I answer them back with the wepages that where ready, and got my codes. But Chat with them or call them, and tell them they have already send out a couple of the codes to everyone. You know because we can confirm you the EA access in My mog station... well for the PC, PS3 it's a different story, but none relevant for this.

Here's my latest correspondence with Amazon.com. This was a followup to one of their sales reps that was giving false information. I simply alerted them to it and asked for clarification on actual dates/times.



According to them, they won't be distributing early-access codes until midnight tonight. This only applies to the NA Amazon, as the other regional ones have different release times.

when is the last day we can pre-order and get the bonus items?

I don't really care about early access. maybe I have to cancel the Amazon order and buy it somewhere else.

I got mine from Amazon US yesterday, technically they are sending them out tomorrow.

But yes you should still be able to preorder for bonus items, today might be the last day
