I called them yesterday and I was advised that SE has not sent them the codes yet and we should receive them later in the day. Which this was yesterday and still no code. I wouldn't hold your breath on getting the code. SE launches usually go this way. Best bet if you can is cancel order from Amazon and repurchase through another company.
This is why I buy from SE directly.
My code from Amazon showed up in an email yesterday (PC CE). A friend's code came in for her as well at the same time (also PC CE).
We then registered the codes last night without any issues.
If it helps, the subject of the email was "Your Amazon.com Promotional Code", from "account-update@amazon.com".
Don't believe them, I got my code yesterday when I called them about my ps3 code. Call them, the chat support will only transfer you to phone support.
I made this post a few weeks back. After contacting their customer service, they basically said they didn't know anything about early access codes.
I canceled my order through them and got it from SE instead.
Keep in mind I bought the digital CE, so it was a simple change for me.
