Early access code is "invalid"

I ordered from Amazon. Non-steam version. Digital game code version. In my Amazon library, I see a code that looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX which I assume is the code I need. I don't have anything that looks like XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000. I put the 20 digit code in the Mogstation under pre-order code and it's invalid.

Same, The code works for registering the normal expansion but was invalid for the early access. SO now I am sitting with an account that says I have the Collectors edition registered on my account but I have no early access....

Same here. I think the code Amazon gave us is for launch. Now it just looks like this :



I think we are missing the pre-order bonus / early access code. I can log in, but have no access to the Heavensward content.

Edited : Someone contacted Amazon and said they are working on getting the codes emailed.

I've also ordered from Amazon with no luck validating the code. I'm hoping it's just congestion, because I really don't want to be left in the dust.

Ordered the expansion from steam, while also owning the base client on steam, and neither of the codes work. Put them in the proper way and all I get is "The entered code is invalid."

I wonder if the code works when registering HW. But I wonder if that disqualifies me from Early Access. The HW register key is the same length code as the EA code.

I was reading the Amazon comments and the CSR there said they received confirmation from SE that Amazon will get codes starting at 2PM (Unknown time zone) on the 19th. Whut? Can someone from SE confirm that?

Same. My code is invalid. I've logged in and out a couple of times. No dice. I have nothing to do w/ Steam. This is lovely.

I preordered the physical collector's from the SE website, and only thing I can find is that I can't redeem my EA code because my account is set up with Steam, Is that what makes it invalid? Do I really have to go and buy another copy of Heavensward just to get into EA? Really confused I looked everywhere and it's really frustrating, is there anything on this out there? :/
