Early access code is "invalid"

too many players buying either the wrong early access code version or a defect code not that they know if its wrong or right ............SE must act fast

What would be the wrong one is what I'm wondering. I bought it online, it had a click by the bonus code to validate, sent me a text to confirm and put in the digits in the text message. Placed those in got my 20 digit code. Went to redeem code on the link like the one someone gave above and it has you log in and use the 20 digit code, XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000 and it gave me another one with the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, says to use it at Mog station. Go to Mog station and it lets me redeem the pre order items but not the early access part or register it for the expansion.

Unless I'm missing a step, I will read them again.

ALOT OF PEOPLE and i mean ALOT order the xpack at the last minute and do not pay attention to which one they are clicking on it was like this when 2.0 first released they didnt know which one they purchased

I purchased FF14 from the Square Enix website, and Pre-ordered Heavensward from the same website. I'm unable to apply my code to any and all code inputs. Via mogstation (Code redeem, Heavensward key option, early access) and via Heavensward site. Any of them. My friend, who purchased it through steam, is able to download the expansion.

I'm still having the same issue, too..
I purchased FFXIV via the SE website, not steam and the expansion through ShopTo. I activated the code I was sent by ShopTo and was sent a code by SE to use in the mogstation. The preorder activation site tells me I will be able to have early access and the items etc, and every time I go on it, it shows the mogstation code. But when I enter it into the mogstation, it keeps telling me it's invalid. I made sure it's all caps, I tried typing it and pasting it in, no luck :/

Not sure if this will help anyone but this is what I was doing wrong :

On the mog station there is a smaller button where it says specifically to activate a pre-order code, and I was using the big pink one! ^^;;;
Downloading it now ^^

If you feel silly, I feel double... not, TRIPLE silly. I was using that button, and then read something about the date and assumed it was only for ARR, and then went back to fighting with the other one.

Saw your comment, decided to try again, and lo-and-behold! I am downloading! Thank you!

Edit: Never mind, found it. GEEZ! THanks!! Where is the smaller button? I don't see it anywhere. Is it on the same page as the pink "Enter Registration Code for the Expansion" or a different page?

Same page. One of the smaller gray ones below the pink and blue ones.

This times 1,000,000. I was sitting here with my friend while she was waiting for the chat support for this very same issue. Turns out we used THIS method of adding her code and voila, it worked. Someone sticky this thing?!
