    * The preliminary patch notes are only available in Japanese and English. The complete patch notes are scheduled to be released in all languages on Friday, June 19th, 2015.

    I'm not sure what "Path notes" are, but they have always released the PATCH notes on the Lodestone website, as far as I can remember. Should make an announcement about the full notes there, as well, when they are ready. xD

    I am pretty sure the prelim patch notes are only a fraction of whats going to be in the expansion. Since the live letter is today ( and probably have new info that is not in the prelim notes), releasing the patch notes before the live letter would be counter productive. ( At least I hope that is the reason :P).
