Bought HW on Squeenix store, got EA code no full code yet?

As title says i bought ARR and HW at the same time in april, i got billed for ARR, fast forward to the 9th of June and i get an email saying my Pre-order has been charged and i get a paypal and Squeenix email telling me my HW purchase was successful.

Now i have been given (and since registered) my Early access code but i still have not got a full code either on my Squeenix store profile under codes or to my email address i registered with which is where i got send my EA code.

under my profile on Mogstation it still lists me as ARR account with HW early access.

am i worrying over nothing or should i have been emailed a full code?

Just to update people, spoke to support and if you bought from the store they havent sent out full codes yet and they will come closer to tuesday apparently, so not to worry if your steam friends or console friends have been getting them.

I think you had the same problem as me. In my account I had the code but no email telling me like it said it would send so upon reading the forums it mentioned to activate on the mogstation so I did. If you open the launcher and grab the patch you should notice it will now also ask you to install Heavensward. So it would seem you are good to go you just haven't realised yet

They did also say the EA code would be valid until 27th of June, so plenty of time to get the full code and register it.
FYI; I haven't gotten the full code either, digital CE from SE Store

Yeah same, after i got my previous order cancelled I bought a new one, when contacted squre enix, to ask how it will affect my early access.
Answer was quick and simple, that my acc have early access

But no "full" access key or something , pretty sure some info will be available before Official release of Heavensward
Keeping my fingers cross for tomorrow, hope SE support was right
