I want to know if the mechanist will have his own gear like dragoon, monk, bard and ninja or it will be with bard ? like war & paladin have same gear. Same as blm with summoner and whitemage with scholar.

pre 130 they share bard gear, after that it is not clear if they will share or not.
In theory, they'll continue to share gear with brd, as there is lessl reason to give them their own gear line as others. DRG has it's own gear, because it wears a heavier class of armor that the others. Mnk and brd have had their own, despite sharing the same class of armor, because of the difference between one being dex and one being str. NIN, they through on existing mnk gear, and added dex to it as a temporary solution, because aesthetically, mnk gear was a better fit for nin than a lot of brd gear (thing nin in ballad, or amons), and then continuing on, gave them gear designed for a nin both in stats and appearance. With MCN and brd, there's not really the same issue. This is how I see it at least.
Content too hard? Too much rng? Too much effort for the item you want?
My prediction is that they add MCH to all 2.0 bard gear, and then give MCH their own set starting with 3.0 stuff. It's how I'd do it, at least, and from what I've been able to dig up is how they're handling it.
Why though? There's no real good reason I can see to keep them separate.

I can see them sharing it for quite awhile, such as early dungeon drops/leveling gear in Heavensward, but the endgame content - law gear and raid drops - might be job specific. Mainly because the aesthetic of 'bard' vs the aesthetic of 'machinist' tends to be pretty radically different.
For a case in point, look at Cid's general look in FFXIV and compare that to Amon's set from Syrcus Tower, or the other bard gear in general. Machinist sets from the screenshots I've seen from Heavensward look very pragmatic, hands on mechanic style gear. Bards look anything but.
And obviously, once 3.0 PvP comes out they should probably get their own set of gear from that as well.
Honestly, I have to say, I really hope that my theory turns out to be the right one. Not because I want to be right, but because there are already so many gear sets fighting for a spot in those treasure coffers. The more there are, the harder it will continue to get to get what you want.

Well, let's be honest. No one would expect someone in Amon's outfit to be a ninja!
