Can we or can we not make Au'ra with only EA registration?

It was mentioned a couple of times you need to have registered HW expansion(separate from HW EA) to be able to create an au'ra, on windows the only people that have access to their expansion codes as of now are steam users no? And we won't be getting our expansion codes until after EA starts, possibly also not until the 23th.

So, can we or can we not play au'ra during the early access?

There was a very recent dev post that confirmed you could go Au Ra in early access.

Early Access gives you access to ALL of the Heavensward for that week. After that you have to replace that Key with the Actual Heavensward key to keep everything permanently.

I wonder when will we be getting the key though. SE still have yet to charge me for the NA digital version...

you can make au ra in early access, however you get the fantasia from colletors edition not before release on tuesday.
